Description of the workshop
The focus of the introduction workshop will be: “How do we change peoples behavior?”. The introduction is designed to inform and inspire within the organization. The workshop is structured so that the participants will be able to work on their own initiatives that seek to change behavior. The participants will be introduced to the BeAST model that we use in our daily work with Nudge. The model consists of four steps. These steps are: Mapping behavior, diagnosing the behavior, creating an intervention and testing the intervention for effect. Throughout the workshop the participants will be getting feedback on their work. The workshop will end by the participants sharing their solutions with each other.
Different formats
The introductory workshop is planned as one-day workshop. It is also possible to extend the workshop for a more thorough introduction, or press it down to a shorter more intensive workshop. However, we usually recommend the one-day workshop that allows the participants proper time for developing their initiatives and getting feedback.
The price will vary according to the number of participants and on the desired length of the workshop.
But it’s not just a workshop.
For all our workshops we provide a follow-up meeting with the contact persons to assess progression and advice on future steps.
We also sponsor a one-year free stakeholder membership of the Danish Nudging Network for you. This includes two free seats for any Nudge Master Class in the Network.
